1. Who we are

This website is operated by UKs Academy Ltd (company no. 14820391), registered in England and Wales at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

2. Services

We provide football conditioning, agility and endurance training programmes. Programme details, dates, locations and pricing on this site are indicative and may be updated before a booking is confirmed in writing.

3. Bookings

A booking becomes binding when we issue a written confirmation following a successful screening call and receipt of the required deposit. Athletes under 18 require consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Conduct & safety

All participants must follow coach instructions and our code of conduct. We may remove, without refund, any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others.

5. Liability

Football conditioning carries inherent physical risk. You participate at your own risk and must disclose any medical condition that could affect training. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected programme, except where liability cannot be limited by law (death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

6. Intellectual property

All site content, training materials and the UKs Academy brand are owned by UKs Academy Ltdand may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
