UKs Academy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or registration form we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), age group and the programme you are interested in. We also collect basic analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location (city level).

2. How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, schedule an orientation call, process registrations and payments, and send you operational updates about the camp you have booked. We do not sell your data.

3. Legal basis (UK GDPR)

We rely on (a) your consent for marketing communications, (b) contractual necessity to deliver booked services, and (c) our legitimate interest in running and improving the academy.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us operate (hosting, email, payments). They are bound by data-processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is kept for 24 months. Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years as required by HMRC.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@uksacademy.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
